30 Day Guarantee
We ensure that you will be satisfied with the performance of your equipment with our 30 day worry-free guarantee. If you are not satisfied within 30 days from the date the system is received, you may return or upgrade your system for a full refund less Shipping, Handling, Damages and Freight Charges. All sales become final after this 30 day period. Customer should determine the satisfactory performance of the Goods by using the software, and inspecting and operating the electronics and/or accessory items immediately upon delivery. Any items to be returned for full refund must be in new, unused (except for bench testing), and saleable condition at the sole determination of seller Arclight Dynamics. Items that, in the Seller’s judgment, have been used, damaged or modified in any way as well as accessory kits or CNC Systems that have been partially or fully completed but not yet shipped will be subject to a restocking fee to be determined by the Seller, not to exceed 20% of the original purchase price. A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) must be obtained by the customer prior to any return. Shipments of returned items not marked with a valid RMA may be refused.
Stated Returns and Warranty Policy
The customer may return the defective part upon written authorization of our technical support manager. Upon receipt of the defective part, we will forward it to our manufacturer. The manufacturer will determine whether it will be repaired or replaced under warranty within 5 business days of their receipt of the part. Once it has been determined that the part was defective, it will either be repaired or replaced at the determination of the manufacturer. Shipping cost (via Ground only) will be credited to the customer account upon determination that a defect will be covered under warranty. Warranty parts are in stock and ready to ship, expedited options are available to minimize delays in customer production capacity. All expedited shipping costs to be paid for by the customer. It is always the option of the customer to purchase a new part. The customer may not, under any circumstance, receive a refund for any part unless he/she returns it within 30 days of its purchase.
Warranties on the CNC table start the date the system leaves the Arclight Dynamics facility, FOB Arclight Dynamics factory Bend, OR; whether by pick-up or shipment. Standard warranties are only valid to the to the original purchaser. Extended Warranties are available as an option.
CoreCNC Delta 3 Motion Controller, motors, and digital torch height control electronics and touchscreen monitor are warranted by the manufacturer for an industry leading 36 months.
J1900 mini computer, monitor, mouse, and keyboard are warranted for 12 months.
Other electronics including limit switches and E-stop switches are warranted for 24 months.
Accessory package electronic and mechanical components excluding wear components are warranted for 24 months.
Porter-Cable and DeWalt Routers are warranted by the manufacturer for 36 months.
Hypertherm PowerMax plasma power supply units are warranted by the manufacturer for 36 months from purchase date from our distributor. Hypertherm plasma torches are warranted for 12 months from purchase date from our distributor. All Hypertherm warranties are to be handled directly through Hypertherm’s Customer Support Team at (800) 737-2978.
Legacy EtherCut motor controller, motors, and digital torch height control electronics are warranted by the manufacturer for 24 months.
Legacy Dell Optiplex computer, monitor, mouse, and keyboard are warranted for 24 months.
Mechanical components, excluding wear components, are warranted for as long as the original purchaser owns the CNC plasma system. Excluded components include but are not limited to bearings, lead screws, lead screw nut, gear racks, pinion gears, linear motion rails, slats, water pans, and slide blocks. Any form of damage due to corrosion or galvanic corrosion is not covered by this warranty. If any of the warranted items are found by Arclight Dynamics to be defective, such Goods will, at Seller’s option, be replaced or repaired.
No defective goods are to be returned without written authorization of seller. The sole purpose of the stipulated exclusive remedy shall be to provide the customer with free repair and replacement of defective Goods in the manner provided herein. This exclusive remedy shall not be deemed to have failed of its essential purpose so long as the Seller is willing and able to repair or replace defective Goods in the prescribed manner. The foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including those of merchantability or fitness for any purpose not expressly set forth herein. No affirmation of Seller, by words or action, other than as set forth in this Section shall constitute a warranty. Seller’s warranty does not apply to any Goods which have been subjected to misuse, mishandling, misapplication, neglect (including but not limited to improper maintenance), accident, improper installation, modification (including by not limited to use of unauthorized parts or attachments), or adjustment or repair performed by anyone other than Seller or one of Seller’s authorized agents. When returning products to Seller packaging must be adequate or all warranty is null and void. Buyer will pay for the cost of Shipping to the Seller for all warranty repairs.
